Investment Sales

We have successfully marketed for sale nearly every type and size of commercial real estate asset through multiple market cycles. We know how to successfully sell a property in any environment. Each property and market cycle has its own unique dynamics and every owner has its own specific objectives. Meridian Commercial provides inspection services to both institutional and private owners. For instutional clients we provide annual lender inspections, property condition reports, risk evaluations, and wind mitigation re-inspections & remediation inspections. For local clients we provide wind mitigation and 4-point inspections for multifamily properties, as well as roof certifications for all types of comercial real estate assets. In addition, we provide broker opinion of value's (BOV's) to institutional and private clients for all types and sizes of commercial real estate assets thoughout South Florida.
